Will not pay my winnings
Complaint summary
I signed up to Cosmobet today 27/06/25. I deposited £150. Used no bonus code.
I managed to get my balance up to £20,000 and now I’m being told my account is violating their terms and now is suspended.
They’re refusing to pay me.
You’ll see in my images how I won my bets and their system withdrawing my money so I cannot have it

Following a detailed review, we identified that the user was operating a duplicate account, which is against our General Terms and Conditions. As a result, the winnings were voided, and only the original deposit was eligible for withdrawal.
