Broke and won’t pay me

Complaint summary

As soon as I tried withdrawing my money they didn’t pay and sited I violated some term with no proof. I did nothing wrong and won fair and square. They are corrupt and have no intentions of ever paying. PLEASE HELP AND TELL PEOPLE TO STAY FAR FAR AWAY.

After careful investigation of your case, we found out that you logged into our website from multiple different IPs, which were identified as VPN and proxy ips. That’s a breach of Term 12.10 : '' i) we identify you have disguised, or interfered, or taken steps to disguise or interfere, in any way with the IP address of any Device used to access our Site (such as using a Virtual Private Network “VPN”)''

This is just a blatant lie. I have zero reason to hide by IP address from these crooks. I only have one account and have done nothing wrong. I log in from work and other various places but there is nothing wrong with that. They just don’t want to pay their debts and will continue to be corrupt to future customers unless something is done.

We would like to clarify that bainer1987 has been found in repeated breach of our platform’s Terms and Conditions, specifically Term 12.10, which concerns the interference with or disguise of IP addresses when accessing our site.

Term 12.10 clearly states, particularly in clause (i), that:

"i) we identify you have disguised, or interfered, or taken steps to disguise or interfere, in any way with the IP address of any Device used to access our Site (such as using a Virtual Private Network “VPN”)"

Our investigation confirmed that the player accessed and played on our platform through multiple different IP addresses, most of them were identified as VPN IP addressed originating from several different countries.

If necessary, we would be happy to provide additional evidence, such as screenshots from the player’s login sessions and IP history, to clearly demonstrate these findings.

In summary, we confirm that our actions were fully compliant with our Terms and Conditions, and the decision regarding the winnings deduction is justified based on the verified breach.
