Since then

No payment
No response to emails
No KYC follow-up
No support whatsoever
The casino is operated by StepX BV licensed under the Curaao Gaming Control Board GCB but Ive received no help from them either

This is a clear red flag Im sharing my experience to warn others Ill keep escalating this issue until its resolved and will update this review accordingly
