Withdrawals are not being processed
Complaint summary
I set up an account with Dream.bet about a week ago, I had won some money following completion of their bonus rollover, I opted to withdraw 296.50 of those funds however there has been zero progress in processing the withdrawal.
I have raised numerous customer care tickets as well as live chats however they are not replying to the emails and it is only generic responses via the live chat.
How can we trust a company if they do not process withdrawals, a key part of any online bookmakers?
