Complaint summary

I am writing to make a formal complaint and demand the immediate return of my funds following the closure of my Betnjet account.

At the time my account was closed, my account displayed an available balance of £3,704.21 GBP, as evidenced by the attached screenshot. My account was closed without any prior warning or adequate explanation, and I have been denied access to both my deposited funds and my legitimate winnings.

I have acted in good faith throughout my use of your platform. If you believe you are entitled to withhold my funds, I require you to provide the legal and contractual basis for doing so, together with all evidence you rely upon.

I formally demand that you:

Return my full account balance of £3,704.21 GBP immediately (or any higher amount you determine is owed if additional deposits or winnings are outstanding).
Provide a full written explanation for the closure of my account.
Supply copies of any investigation, internal reports, or terms you rely upon to justify withholding my funds.
If I do not receive a satisfactory response within 7 days, I will take further action without further notice. This will include:

Reporting your conduct to your gambling licensing authority and any relevant alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service.
Asking my bank to investigate the payments and pursue any available recovery options.
Reporting the matter to the appropriate consumer protection and financial crime authorities.
Commencing legal proceedings to recover my funds, together with any applicable interest and costs.
I sincerely hope this matter can be resolved promptly and without the need for formal legal action. However, I will not hesitate to pursue all remedies available to me if my funds continue to be withheld without lawful justification.
