Newlucky casino refuse to payout after winning around 33.000€

SCAM!!
After I won 33 000 euro. They are refusing to pay out and stole my winnings and closed my account. They say that I'm not the one who was playing and scammed the slotmachine 🤣🤣🤣 How is that even possible. Luckily I recorded and screenshotted everything. Kyc was approved.
I won. And they can't stand people who win and do everything to prevent that.
Does anyone know their licensenumber ?
