I am a LONGFU88 member with VIP EMERALD 25 status (the highest VIP tier at LONGFU88). On August 17, I received a 226% deposit bonus offer and deposited IDR 1,500,000. However, the bonus was not credited to my account after the deposit went through, so I reported the issue via Live Chat. Live Chat authorized me to place bets using my deposited funds and assured me that the bonus would be issued shortly. Yet, on that same day, I was asked to undergo KYC verification—despite having been a member for a long time. I immediately contacted the VIP Manager to inquire about the status of the IDR 3,390,000 deposit bonus; they confirmed that the bonus would be granted once I completed the KYC process. After an 18-day effort—during which I submitted all requested documents and completed the KYC verification on September 7, 2026—I contacted the VIP Manager again regarding the bonus that had been delayed due to the site's verification requirements. I was deeply disappointed when they refused to award the bonus from that initial deposit. It is clear that the delay was entirely the site's fault, yet I, as the member, am the one bearing the consequences—especially since both the VIP Manager and Live Chat had previously promised that the bonus would be issued once the KYC verification requirements were met.
