The strength of a punt is only relevant when you come to withdraw and I am sad to report dream are simply the worst they will do anything to avoid a withdrawal and stifle any meaningful engagement as their agents simply do not respond to emails complaints or answer live chat requests

So more than 1 withdrawl
A month you pay an 8 commission on and the bonus needs a 17 time roll over Seperatly any deposit needs to be played five times at higher than market standard odds In any event when you win like I have done complied with all the onerous t and c they just dont transfer the money

On a 1200 cash out I was asked for a bank statementremittance which I provided photo Id and then a utility The banking documents seen unnecessary but I complied Three days into the process the agents tell me all the docs are okay day 4 they want another trance such as as a selfie slide with passport held up etc again comply and then just no action and I remain waiting for a withdrawl

10 emails not responded too 20 live chats where on 5 different occasions promised it was being resolved and utterly nothing They refuse to give out their regulatory information they wont answer questions they have in open chat said they have wasted my time and are aware that it now unusualy long

The site is good the t and c are interiors but if you win the withdrawal process is cumbersome and unfair and the level of service is a disgrace
