- Interview with Viktor Arabynskyi, Head of Product at OnlyWin Casino
Could you please briefly share your professional background and the journey that led you to your current role at OnlyWin Casino?

What inspired you to move into the online casino industry specifically, and what excites you most about working in this space?

I’m motivated by the scale of the market, the fast-paced nature of project development, and the complexity of casino products. Building a successful product in this space requires the ability to align multiple components ᅳ strategy, technology, user experience, and compliance into a cohesive offering.
The market landscape and competitive environment evolve rapidly, so maintaining a leadership position and driving business growth demand consistent focus and high performance. It’s a challenging environment, but that’s exactly what makes it so inspiring.
How do you balance innovation with operational stability when developing new features or enhancing existing ones?

At OnlyWin Casino we’re always looking to bring fresh ideas to the platform, but never at the cost of stability. When developing new features or improving existing ones, we take a careful, step-by-step approach. Everything is thoroughly tested in a controlled environment first, and we use feature flags to roll things out gradually. That way, we can monitor how things are performing and make quick adjustments if needed without disrupting the player experience.
Teamwork plays a big role too. Our product, engineering, QA, and support teams are involved from the very beginning to make sure every release is not only innovative but also technically sound and fully compliant. By keeping a close eye on quality and using data to guide our decisions, we’re able to keep the platform both exciting and reliable.
What role does player feedback and behavioural data play in shaping OnlyWin Casino as a product?

Can you share a recent enhancement or feature launch that you are particularly proud of?

One of the standout features we’ve recently launched is OnlyWin VIP Club, designed with our top players in mind. Users enjoy daily cashback, extra weekly bonuses, and the ability to earn loyalty points. On top of that, VIPs get access to exclusive bonuses, special tournaments, gift cards, and even tickets to real-world sporting and cultural events.
Looking ahead, we’re developing even more features based directly on player feedback. One of the most requested additions is a personalised game recommended list tailored to each player’s preferences. We’re also in the process of expanding our lineup of exclusive tournaments and improving their availability. At the core of everything we do is a commitment to creating a platform that feels seamless, fair, and genuinely rewarding ー not just when you sign up, but every time you log in. That means we’re always listening to our community and evolving the experience based on what players actually want, not just what we assume they need.
In your opinion, how does OnlyWin Casino stand out from other brands?

What are the most popular online casino payment options players can use on your platform?

In which markets can players find the brand, and which of those are most challenging?

Our product is aimed at tier-1 markets such as Canada, Germany, and Australia, the regions that are well-developed, highly regulated, and extremely competitive. These characteristics make them particularly attractive to major operators, but they also present significant challenges. One of the biggest hurdles for any brand, including OnlyWin, is standing out in such a crowded space.
Strict regulatory frameworks also shape how we operate in these markets, so full compliance is essential. We’ve entered with a fully licensed platform that meets all necessary legal requirements.
In terms of player behavior, users in tier-1 markets are typically savvy and quick to adapt. They tend to seek out the best bonus offers and are always curious to try new platforms. That’s why we dedicate considerable time and resources to our user retention efforts. While retaining users in these markets can be demanding, it’s worth noting that the lifetime value (LTV) of players here is significantly higher than in many other regions.
What is something you have learned at OnlyWin Casino that you wish more of your peers would pay attention to?

That’s a great question and actually quite a broad one. I’ll try to keep it specific. In my view, working on a product team is not just about following a structured process; it’s about truly living the product. It's not enough to simply understand your audience, you have to be your audience. I mean constantly testing and refining the product, having local managers on the team who deeply understand user behaviour and preferences in specific regions, and staying in tune with every step of the user journey.
It also means keeping an eye on what competitors are doing and staying engaged with the community around your product. Don’t isolate yourself or your team in a vacuum, that's how you end up as a “decorative” product manager. Your goal should be to set trends, not just follow them. Working with OnlyWin, I will adhere to this approach.
What advice would you give to aspiring product leaders looking to break into the iGaming industry?

Looking ahead, what exciting product developments or innovations can players expect from OnlyWin Casino?

We're currently gearing up to launch a range of new activities and exclusive promotions, along with several features designed to enhance the overall gaming experience. These include expanded VIP Club functionality, exciting gamification, and faster withdrawal processing on the platform, as the best online casinos should have.
You can stay tuned for updates on the official website, and follow OnlyWin Casino on social media, we regularly share exclusive weekly bonuses with our gaming community.
